Bill Owens Seeks Certification as Candidate for NAHB 2023 Third Vice Chair

The NAHB Nominations Committee has announced that William W. “Bill” Owens, president of Owens Construction Contracting Co. in Worthington, Ohio, submitted his Letter of Intent to seek certification as a candidate for NAHB 2023 Third Vice Chairman at the 2022 International Builders’ Show meetings.
