The Tastemaker's Tour is an exclusive VIP Preview night that offers a chance to view three of our high-end homes on the route before Parade weekend opens. Guests are guided through an intimate, personal experience of what it would be like to live and dine in their next dream home—if your dream home included sommeliers, private chefs and tête-à-têtes with Baton Rouge's influencers and tastemakers. Unlike any event done before in Baton Rouge, the Parade of Homes VIP Preview Night is your one-night a year to be a part of the most exclusive and intimate curated lifestyle experience.

Space is limited, and tickets are $100 per person.

Ticket price includes:

  • three courses of food
  • alcoholic beverages
  • transportation

ON THE SCHEDULE

Please arrive at the HBA | GBR office located at 10518 Kentshire Court in Baton Rouge by 6 PM. A chartered bus will leave promptly at 6:15 PM.

Our first stop is with builder Jeremy Vasquez of  Element Construction at 7555 Tilton Court in Baton Rouge. The second stop is with builder Vincent Centanni of Colony Homes at 7545 Tilton Court in Baton Rouge. Our final stop is with builder David Richardson of David Richardson Builder at 154 Valhalla Blvd in Baton Rouge.

Each of our high-end home experiences will last 45 minutes, and the evening will close by 9:30 PM.

3Tails Wine & Cheese

3Tails Wine & Cheese is Mid City's newest destination for the wine-lover and cheese-connoisseur. Committed to honest, low-intervention wines and small farmhouse cheese and charcuterie producers. Opening this spring inside Square 46, next to White Star Market.

 

3Tails will be serving our first course of the evening--three wine & cheese pairings in an $890,000 custom home in Township at Old Goodwood, built by Jeremy Vasquez of Element Construction.

Chef Ryan André

Chef & owner of the popular Soji Modern Asian, Ryan Andre is a native of Gonzales and has always loved the flavors of Louisiana cuisine. 2018 Contestant on Food Network's Chopped, 2017 "Best Chef" by 225 magazine and 2012 "Chef to watch" by Louisiana Cooking magazine, André loves to put a progressive international spin on his dishes.

Chef Chris Motto

Executive Chef of Mansurs on the Boulevard in Baton Rouge and final four on this season of FOX's Hell's Kitchen, Chef Chris Motto wants to raise the culinary standard and change the restaurant scene in Baton Rouge.

Chef will be preparing tastings in a custom, $1.8 million David Richardson Builder home in Valhalla.
