The Foundation House is possible through the philanthropic giving of our generous donors. Over 25 of our HBA members contributed to this incredible inaugural project, allowing for more funds to be raised to help families and children in need throughout our community!
Our Inaugural Foundation House was built by Bart Waguespack of Waguespack Homes, HBF Visionary Donor and HBA Master Builder Champion.

The HBF was founded in 2002 to support the charitable efforts of the HBA. Our mission is to raise funds to assist families and children in need. Since its establishment, HBF has raised over $20 million for local charities! Our HBA members give back to the community by donating materials and labor to build charity homes.
Our Foundation houses are sold at market value to support the mission of the HBF. The Inaugural Foundation House was built by Bart Waguespack of Waguespack Homes. Bart eagerly agreed to pioneer the first Foundation House project, committed to raising a record-setting donation amount. The house was finished in 2021 and sold to a couple as their first home before the building process was even complete!
