What is your favorite thing about being an HBA member?
I enjoy going to the events hosted by different companies and meeting new people in the industry.
What has been your favorite project at your company?
All of them! Every project we work on usually has a unique factor involved. There is always something new to learn with every project.
What has been your favorite HBA|GBR event? Why?
The Gumbo cookoff! It was such a good time and who doesn’t like a friendly, fun competition.
What is one industry related thing you have learned in the past month?
I have learned that being diversified with add on replacement and new construction business will make you more resilient in an unstable economy.
What was your first job?
My first job was in childcare.
When you sit down at a bar, what are you ordering?
A martini – any kind.
In your opinion, what is the most important innovation in the industry in the last five years?
Higher efficiency standards in all KOB’s. Smaller carbon footprints are better for our environment!
What is the best advice you’ve been given?
“Never be afraid to ask for what you want.” – AM
