Construction Loan Growth During Third Quarter

Residential construction loan volume reached a post-Great Recession high during the third quarter, as home building activity continued to expand in 2021. Scroggs approved to Planning & Zoning Commission with HBA support

HBA advocated for the approval of Evan Scroggs, NAI Latter & Blum, was approved by the East Baton Rouge Parish Metropolitan Council at their recent meeting.

Evan Scroggs has excelled in office and industrial sales and leasing and tenant representation for office, industrial. Additionally, he has represented clients the evaluation, analysis and acquisition of office, retail, and industrial assets.
He works with private equity from major markets in the acquisition, repositioning, and disposition of core assets in addition to working with local trusts and private investors in the deployment of capital and maximizing asset
value. Evan’s client list includes national and regional industrial and office tenants as well as local and regional developers.

The House That SHE Built Sold in Utah
