Senate Passes $1.9 Trillion COVID Relief Package

On a party line vote of 50-49, the Senate today passed President Biden’s $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief package. The legislation differs slightly from the bill passed by the House on Feb. 26. As a result, the House will vote on the amended Senate version before the end of next week.
