West Feliciana Parish
On August 2nd, West Feliciana Parish Planning and Zoning Commission introduced a Resolution to adopt the West Feliciana Parish Rural Development Plan 2021 as the new master plan as provided in LRS 33:106 and 108.
On August 9th, Parish Council introduced the following ordinances:
- Introduce an ordinance to repeal and reenact Chapter 135 – Zoning Code
- Introduce an ordinance to repeal and reenact Chapter 115 – Green Law Regulations
- Introduce an ordinance to repeal and reenact Chapter 130 – Subdivision
- Introduce an ordinance to enact Chapter 136 – Impact Fees
In January 2022, the West Feliciana Parish Council deferred the discussion of the ordinances to the March 14 meeting at 5:30 p.m.
