What is your favorite thing about being an HBA member?
Getting to spend time at events with other members of the HBA and getting to know everyone. It feels like every event is very well attended and the people involved with the HBA are just really great people. I also really enjoy all of the emails with updates of everything going on in our market.
What is one industry-related thing you have learned in the past month?
Watershed – I enjoyed watching the YouTube videos explaining this as well as what is going on in the BR area.
When you sit down at a bar, what are you ordering?
Scotch on the rocks. Normally a Macallan.
What was your first job?
Selling Caterpillar construction equipment for Louisiana Machinery.
What are three words to best describe you?
Short, Happy, Fun.

Two things that have helped me as a manager that I heard many years ago
1 – Seek to understand before being understood
