EBR Metropolitan Council unanimously approved the proposed ordinance increasing commercial and residential plan review and permit fees effective January 1, 2022.
During the public hearing/meeting, Karen Zito, HBA|GBR President and CEO and Larry Bankston, Growth Coalition, praised the progress made by the council and administration. Councilmember Dwight Hudson continued the sentiment and asked Rachael Lambert, Director of Development, to be acknowledged for her diligence in working with industry.
