What is your favorite thing about being an HBA member?

As a member we are a part of a professional community that provides a multitude of resources for support in any situation.  

What has been your favorite project at your company?

My favorite project has to be the addition of our 1000 square foot sample room to our showroom. It has given our clients the experience of low stress but high quality customer service.

What has been your favorite HBA|GBR event? Why?

Parade of Homes is my favorite event. Parade allows us to showcase our projects, and also gives the community an opportunity to come through and understand the process of what we do.

What was your first job?

My first job was as a receptionist at Acadian House.

When you sit down at a bar, what are you ordering?

Depends on the day, and who I am drinking with. But I love a good Old Fashioned.

In your opinion, what is the most important innovation in the industry in the last five years?

Sustainable Building Materials. Using sustainable building materials is not only good for the planet, it can reduce construction costs, improve structural energy efficiency, and increase property value.

What is the best advice you’ve been given?

“If your dreams do not scare you, they aren’t big enough.”

Three words that best describe you:

Determined. Creative. Passionate.

If given the chance, who would you like to be for a day?

I would love to walk in my youngest child’s, Alex, world for the day, because I would love to see myself through his eyes! I feel like I would learn a lot about myself.

Your Family?

I have been married to my husband Joey for 16 years. We have 3 amazing kids – Knox, Jada, and Alex – who keep us on our toes. Outside of work, you will find us enjoying family time at the beach!
